TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT 

​

  • Adult clients (18 years or older) may book an appointment via WhatsApp. A link to our online intake form will be sent to you via WhatsApp. Once you have completed the form, we will send you a list of available session times.

  • A parent intake session (billable) is necessary if the client is a child under the age of 12. This can also be arranged over WhatsApp. 

  • If the client is aged between 13 and 17, the client's parent/s can request a 15 minute phone or Zoom call with Chris to discuss their concerns or share context. A scheduled intake session is not necessary, unless the parent/s would like more than 15 minutes to discuss their concerns. 

  • The psychologist-client contract, or terms and conditions, can be found on the online intake form. Please read these carefully before signing electronically. Once you sign and submit, this document will be emailed to you so you have it on record.
